The VK300D utilizes the industrial Kyocera KJ4A printhead. The KJ4A is a 2 channel design to support two colors at a time. The small 4, 8, 12 picoliter drop size ensures tight dot placement for a vivid printed output. The KJ4A also boasts a native 600 dpi with an impressive 2,656 nozzles.
With only two printheads, the VK300D is capable of 10 boards and hour in a high Quality 8 pass print. With the ability to add 6 more color heads and 2 white heads, the same machine can produce over 50 boards an hour at a blazing 2 pass mode, certain to impress your high-volume low cost customers.
